As a young boy from Queens, I developed a passion for sports and went on to play competitive football in high school. My desire and tenacity to "be the best" ultimately earned me a full athletic scholarship to the University of Maine, where I was a top performing player.
After college, I played professionally and later began consulting. It was then I realized a way to channel my love for sports with my desire to help others by encouraging healthy fitness and nutritional habits.
Fast forward a few years and today, I am the owner of 1STOP-Fitness, where I have implemented a multi-phase approach to athlete development and professional training. My individualized programs attract a diverse client list, from college-bound student athletes and stay-at-home parents to business executives.
Served as Defensive Coordinator and Defensive Back Coach for Intense Football League - Texas.
Oversaw and developed strength and conditioning programs for the athletic department as Head Strength Coach at Grand Canyon University.

WHAT IS HYBRID TRAINING?
Hybrid training is a cross between face-to-face and online training by combining video tutorials and virtual instruction to guide each session.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Clients will receive individualized fitness plans and weekly updates via the Kinetic Motion app. These are built specifically around specific lifestyle needs and will save time, convenience, and cost of having to go to the gym. You can train anywhere you want, whenever you want!
