good habits that steph has taken!
She has been eating way less processed foods, she does not drink alcohol and she has made her eating habits become more of a lifestyle.
She also eats a balance diet, veggies, meats, complex carbs, etc.. She does not eat dairy and once a week she has a cheat meal! She has made a conscience effort to eat lean meats, no red meat or wheat.
Staying consistent with eating habits can get you on your way to a successful goal that you may have in mind!
It's important to start off at a pace that you are able to keep up with so that when you make these decisions, it's easy transition into a healthy lifestyle.
